Ms. Boling graduated from Bryan College with a B.A. in Communication Arts and a Minor in Political Science. 

Ms. Boling joins the staff at Lexington Institute as Program Director after leaving Governor Ehrlich's office where she served as administrative assistant.  Prior to working in Governor Ehrlich's office Ms. Boling served as an Event Manager in Annapolis.  As an Event Manager, Ms. Boling worked with corporate, government, and non-profit groups, both nationally and internationally.  Her professional experience also includes Square 1 International in Cheshire, England where she served as the Marketing Manager for the Liberty Europe division.
