Russell Redenbaugh, Director

Russell G. Redenbaugh, CFA, is a managing partner and senior portfolio manager of Kairos Capital Advisors LLC and has over 40 years of investing experience. From 1969 to 1999 he was affiliated with Cooke & Bieler, Inc., a Philadelphia based investment management firm in which he managed over $6 billion in stock and bond assets. He served as a security analyst, portfolio manager, Chief Investment Officer and economic strategist.

Mr. Redenbaugh is an accomplished author, executive, financial and economic strategist, and teacher. In the course of his career he has also participated in the management of five pre public entrepreneurial companies.  He has been a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts and Sciences where he designed and taught a graduate course. He has been a Charted Financial Analyst since 1972 and a Chartered Investment Counselor since 1969.  Mr. Redenbaugh served as a Commissioner of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights from 1990 to 2005.

Mr. Redenbaugh earned his undergraduate degree (B.S., magna cum laude) from the University of Utah in 1967, and an MBA with honors from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1969. He is a recipient of the Luis Braille Award from the Pennsylvania Council for the Blind. In 2003, 2004 and 2005 he won the gold medal in the World Jujitsu Competition in Brazil.
