Raytheon-United Tech Merger Carries Some Risks For Tucson (From Tuscon.com)

Lexington Institute’s Loren Thompson comments on the Raytheon-UTC merger in an article by David Wichner for Tuscon.com. In a discussion about approval of the merger, “The No. 1 question for regulators is whether this is going to reduce competition,” Thompson said. “And the short answer is, product by product, there’s not much evidence of that.”
