Shop Local; Say ‘No’ To Cheap Junk Online (From Kearney Hub)
Lexington Senior Fellow Paul Steidler’s warning about massive amounts of counterfeit products in China being sold online was featured in a Kearney Hub editorial advising consumers to shop local, in order to avoid these products.
The Kearney, Nebraska paper quoted his February 6 InsideSources piece: “Today, most counterfeit products are sold over the internet, primarily from foreign countries, especially China,” wrote Steidler. “This also includes the bike helmet that a child may wear and the medicines that could be provided to an elderly parent.”
